Access and Equity Policy
NCA is committed to ensuring that access and equity principles are applied to the planning, development and delivery of all teaching and administrative services. In accordance with legislation, we will ensure that no individual will be discriminated against on the basis of their age, gender, skin colour, race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, marital status or sexual orientation.
If you feel you have been discriminated against for any of the reasons above, or any other reason, contact the College and ask to speak with our Principal Executive Officer.
Alcohol, Drugs and Smoking
Smoking and the use of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the grounds of venues or as otherwise instructed by venue operators.
Privacy Policy
National College Australia’s Privacy Policy sets out the way we handle personal information, including the use and disclosure of personal information and rights to access your personal information. We only collect information that is directly relevant to effective service delivery and that required by law.
National College will exercise strict control over confidential information. If a third party requires student information we will obtain your written consent prior to the release of any information.
As our Student, you have the right to see and review your personal training file giving two days notice of your request. If you are an on-line student progress through course elements may be observed through your private access to the National College website.
Please note that personal information provided by you may be made available to Commonwealth and State agencies as per legislative requirements. In addition, if training is being provided to you as a Trainee through your employer, or if you have been referred by an Employment Service Provider, they will receive updates on your progress through the course. You will be asked to sign a form to allow us to share this information.
