Workplace Training Australia

Wherever your workplace may be in Australia, we will endeavour to come to you. National College offers group or individual workplace training courses and assessment services in skill sets or entire qualifications at your place of work.

What is a 'Skill Set'?

A 'Skill Set' is a group of units put together to create a ‘mini’ workplace training course. Sometimes, learners do not need to study an entire qualification but only need to learn or master a specific skill or ability. Depending on the specific needs of the group, our Training Team will select the units that will best address your performance issues.

Group Training

Our workplace training programs can deliver 'Skill Sets' or full qualifications onsite at your workplace to groups of participants.

In consultation with your key personnel, we will design, develop, coordinate and deliver the workplace training program on days and times selected by your organisation.

To maximise the impact of workplace training programs on your business, we:

  • Assess your training needs
  • Develop training based recruitment programs
  • Design training solutions (including customised content)
  • Access the most appropriate government funded programs
  • Manage student enrolment
  • Evaluate and report to you on participant outcomes
  • Become your partner to manage training and staff development needs.
    • Individual Training

    Individual training can be organised in two ways:

    1. An employee can complete a course of study as a trainee, which means that they study white they continue to work, or

    2. If the desired course is not funded under a traineeship, the individual can complete the course as a Distance Learning Program or Online Education Program

    Courses Available

    All our community services courses and management courses are available in workplace training programs. You can select a mix of Certificate III Courses, Certificate IV Courses and Diploma Courses for your staff. Our workplace training courses enable you to tailor training to the needs of your organisation. Workplace training courses can be delivered at your workplace, as online learning courses, as distance education courses, or in mixed modes.
