Entry Requirements

There are no prerequisite courses or formal entry requirements before you may study this Frontline Management course. It is recommended that candidates are currently working; however, it does not matter in which industry or job role.

We may require you to fill out an eligibility assessment form. Depending on this information, we may then make other suggestions for learning programs more suited to your strengths and interest areas.

Workplace Based Evidence

With assessment tasks in this qualification requiring evidence of competence, a College Assessor will conduct observations in a work environment. If this is not possible, National College Australia will arrange for this assessment to be completed by a suitable supervisor already onsite.

If you are enrolled in this course but do not have a suitable workplace in which to do this assessment, the College will discuss other options with you so that you can complete your work placement requirements.
