What Do Students Think about National College Australia | Student Satisfaction Survey Results are out!
Each year RTOs (Registered Training Organisations) are required by ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) to survey students regarding their student learning experience and journey with their training providers. These survey questions are provided by ASQA to RTOs and the survey results are submitted to ASQA which is a mandatory requirement of a RTO.
The survey results from 40 NCA (National College Australia) students for the period October to December 2018 are out, and we are happy to share a summary of what students think about us and what we really do well and where we can do better.
What students think about us as a training organisation
The training had a good mix of theory and practice – 97.5%
Trainers had an excellent knowledge of the subject content – 97.5%
I received useful feedback on my assessments – 92.5%
The amount of work I had to do was reasonable – 100%
It was always easy to know the standards expected – 92.5%
Trainers explained things clearly – 95.0%
The training organisation had a range of services to support learners – 90.0%
Trainers made the subject as interesting as possible – 95.0%
Trainers made it clear right from the start what they expected from me – 95.0%
Overall Result
I am satisfied with the training – 97.5%
I would recommend the training organisation to others – 90.0%

We are very happy with the honest feedback and thoughts received from our students.
