Academic Support Each student is provided with a dedicated trainer and assessor for the duration of their course. This allows consistency for both the student and the trainer and assessor and the ability to work together in a way based on the student needs. Some students don't feel the need for regular support and contact where other students prefer more guidance. Peer Support JOIN our NCA Student Support Facebook Group. It is an online group designed to support existing NCA students over their learning journey with National College Australia (NCA). It is an open and a safe 'closed group' where you can ask each other questions, share ideas, exchange study tips or simply encourage each other along to successfully complete their respective courses. Studying online can become a bit lonely so please support each other via this online group. The group will be moderated by a NCA Community Manager who will field or redirect questions back to NCA where necessary, and post answers or other information related to student or course questions. Flexible Study Support Our flexible learning experience means you can self-pace your learning to suit your busy schedule, and maintain a healthy work, life, study balance. This means, you don't have to attend classes at a fixed time but you can login into your student portal and learn when it suits you, whether you have time early in the morning or late at night.
